4 eggs
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. raisins
2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. salt, optional
3 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder

Mix eggs, oil, sugar and carrots together. Mix flour, salt, soda and baking powder in separate bowl (all dry ingredients) then add to wet mixture. Add raisins. Put in tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
