BILL'S CARROT CAKE 
3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 whole eggs
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs, oil and pineapple. Beat for 4 minutes. Stir in carrots, nuts and vanilla. Place in greased and floured bundt pan and bake for 90 minutes.
