BIDDY'S BAKED SALMON 
1 lb. (or more) landlock salmon (or any salmon, or white fish)
1 stick butter, melted in pan

Roll fish in melted butter, then bread crumbs, then into pan to cook for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

SAUCE:

1/2 stick butter
Lemon juice to taste
Natures Seasoning, a shake or two

After fish has cooked 15 minutes, put the sauce on top and cook for 5 more minutes.
