BAKED SALMON | |
1 can salmon Bread crumbs 1 egg, well beaten 1/2 c. milk Salt and pepper Butter Pick out the skin and bones from the salmon and shred into small pieces. Put in a baking dish and cover with bread crumbs. Make a dressing with the egg, milk, salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salmon and bread crumbs. Dot with butter and bake in a hot oven for 1/2 hour. |
