BUBBLING FISH BAKE 
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of celery, mushroom or vegetable soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 c. cooked macaroni
1 can (8 oz.) salmon or 1 can (7 oz.) tuna fish, drained & flaked
2 tbsp. buttered bread crumbs

Cook onion in butter until tender. Stir in soup, milk, cheese, macaroni and fish. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with bread crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbling. Makes 4 servings.
