VEGETABLES 
2 c. mixed vegetables
1 c. onion
1 c. celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheese
1 pkg. saltines
1 stick butter

Place mixed vegetables in baking dish; mix onion, celery, mayonnaise and cheese; spread over vegetables. Crush saltines and mix with melted butter and spread over vegetable mixture. Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
