S.O.S. 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 sm. onion, grated
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. beef bouillon granules
3 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. milk
Dash Kitchen Bouquet or Gravy Master

Brown beef and onions together with Worcestershire sauce and beef granules. Drain ground beef, reserving liquid. Using 2-3 tablespoons reserved liquid, mix with flour in pan to make a roux. Add salt and pepper, 2 cups milk, and ground beef. Cook until thickened. Add a dash of Kitchen Bouquet or Gravy Master. Serve over biscuits or toast.
