TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE
(MICROWAVE)
 
6 oz. noodles
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cans (7 oz. cans) tuna, drained
1/2 of a 16 oz. pkg. your choice frozen vegetable combination, rinsed under hot water to thaw

A good combination of vegetables are zucchini, carrot, green bean, lima bean and cauliflower mix. Or whichever you prefer.

Cook noodles according to directions, drain. Set aside. In a 2 quart casserole, cook onion, covered on high 2-3 minutes. Stir in sour cream, milk, Worcestershire, salt and pepper. Add noodles, tuna and vegetables; toss to mix well. Cook, covered, on high about 10 minutes, until mixture is hot. Stir occasionally during cooking. LEt stand, covered for 5 minutes. Can sprinkle with cheese flavored cracker crumbs. Serves 5-6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
