6 potatoes 1/2 cup dairy sour cream 1 env. dry Ranch dressing mix (I use HIDDEN VALLEY®) 2 tbsp. milk salt and pepper, to taste Peel and wash 6 potatoes and put them in a pot of water over the stove at medium-high heat. Cook until fork tender. Drain, and mash with potato masher. Add about 1/2 cup sour cream, entire package of Ranch dressing mix, and add salt and pepper to taste. Mash together.
