HIGH FIBER CHOCOLATE CHIPPERS 
1 c. butter, soft
1 c. brown sugar
3 lg. egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
3/4 c. rice or oat bran
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
2 c. rolled oats
12 oz. chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat butter and sugar together in a large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in egg whites and vanilla. Mix flour, rice/oat bran, soda and salt in a separate bowl. Add to creamed mixture. Beat well. Stir in oats and chips. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto greased baking sheets. Bake 10- 12 minutes.
