HAM AND POTATO SCALLOP 
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
Dash pepper
1 c. diced cooked ham
4 c. sliced potatoes
1 sm. onion, sliced
1 tbsp. butter

Blend soup, milk, pepper and add ham. In buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole, alternate layers of potatoes, onions, sauce. Dot top with butter; sprinkle with paprika. Cover, bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour uncover. Bake about 15 minutes more.
