SCALLOPED HAM AND POTATOES 
4 sliced lg. potatoes
1 med. onion, chopped
Slices of ham, diced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter

Butter a 3-quart casserole and arrange layers of potatoes, onions, and ham. As you layer each ingredient, salt and pepper each layer lightly.

In saucepan, melt cheese and butter; add milk. Pour sauce over potatoes and ham. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Let set in oven for 1/2 hour longer to thicken sauce.
