HAM AND SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6 to 8 slices of ham
8 to 10 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
2 onions, peeled and sliced thin
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted (may use mushroom or potato soup)
Paprika

Put 1/2 of ham, potatoes and onions in crock pot. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then grated cheese. Repeat with remaining 1/2. Spoon soup over top. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover. Cook on low heat for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 hours in crock pot.
