CLAM AND AVOCADO DIP 
2 ripe avocados, seeded, peeled, and cut into pieces
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can minced clams, drained
2 tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash freshly ground pepper
Dash garlic salt
Corn chips or assorted crackers

In small mixing bowl or blender container combine all ingredients except chips. Beat or cover and blend till smooth. Pour into serving bowl. Cover; chill well. Serve with corn chips or crackers as dippers. Makes 1 1/2 cups dip.
