TOFU-AVOCADO DIP 
1/2 lb. tofu, drained
1 med. avocado, peeled, mashed
2 tbsp. sour cream or mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. chopped onion
4 drops Tabasco
Cayenne pepper

Stir tofu to break up curd. Add avocado, cayenne pepper. Mix well. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Makes about 1 1/2 cups of dip.
