CHEESE POTATOES 
2 lb. bag southern style hash browns (thawed)
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 pt. sour cream
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. chopped onions
1/4 lb. melted butter
2 c. crushed potato chips

Reserve 1/2 of the butter and chips. Mix all ingredients together and place in buttered or greased 13x9 pan. Top with chips and drizzle remaining butter over the potatoes. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees F.
