POTATO CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 lb. pkg. hash brown potatoes, frozen
12 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
Salt & pepper to taste
Cover with bread crumbs (Italian style)
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix all together. Top with bread crumbs and 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
