CHEESE POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
1/2 lb. American Velveeta cheese, grated
Chopped onion

Put hash brown potatoes in bottom of 9x13 inch casserole. Pour rest of ingredients over potatoes. Crumble potato chips on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
