1 box devil's food cake mix
1 can cherry pie filling
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
1 stick butter
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

In a mixing bowl beat cherry pie filling until it is all broken up. Add cake mix, eggs and vanilla; mix for 2 minutes. Pour into well greased and floured 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Prepare chocolate glaze in a saucepan. Combine sugar, milk and butter; bring to a boil and continue to cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips. When chips are melted, pour over cake.

This cake will stay fresh and moist for a week!
