CHOCOLATE FUDGE NUT CAKE 
CAKE:

1 box Swiss cake mix
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. water
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding mix

CAKE FROSTING:

2 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 2/3 c. sugar
2 c. sm. marshmallows
6 oz. pkg. semi sweet chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts, minced

Mix cake ingredients together and bake in 2 layers at 350 degrees until done.

Cook butter, milk and sugar in saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 7 or 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows, chocolate and the vanilla until all is melted. Spread on cake while cake is warm and frosting hot. Sprinkle the nuts on top.
