CHOCOLATE FUDGE NUT CAKE 
2 sticks butter, at room temperature
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
4 blocks chocolate, melted
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter and sugar until well blended. Add eggs and beat well. Add melted chocolate, then add milk and dry ingredients alternately; beat until smooth. Stir in nuts. Bake in greased and floured tube pan 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until done. Turn on rack to cool.

ICING GLAZE:

1 box confectioners' sugar
2 oz. or blocks chocolate
1/2 stick butter
1/4 tsp. lemon extract
Enough milk to mix

Melt butter and chocolate in saucepan, then add warm milk, sugar and extract. Mix well. Ice cake before completely cool.
