QUICK SPOON YEAST ROLLS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. warm water
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
4 c. self-rising flour

Place yeast in warm water. Melt butter and cream with sugar in a large bowl. Add egg and dissolved yeast to creamed mixture. Add flour and stir until well blended. Place in airtight container and keep until ready to use. To cook, drop by spoonfuls into well-greased muffin pan. Bake at 400 degrees until brown.
