SPOON OUT - NO RISE YEAST ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast
2 c. warm water
4 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add other ingredients and stir. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees until slightly brown. Makes 2 dozen. May refrigerate dough for up to 1 week.
