WORLD'S BEST DARK CHOCOLATE
RASPBERRY FUDGE
 
2 bags dark chocolate raspberry chips (can usually be found around Christmas)
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (or 1/2 tsp. raspberry liquor)

Put chips and condensed milk in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave at 100% for 1 minute. Stir until smooth, microwaving another 30 seconds if not melted enough.

Stir vanilla extract or liquor into fudge, then pour into a small pan that has been lightly buttered (I use a small square cake pan). Put in refrigerator for 2 or 3 hours, turn out onto cutting board, and cut into chunks. May be stored at room temperature.
