| THE EASIEST PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE | |

2 cups sugar 1/2 cup milk 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 cup peanut butter Put sugar and milk in pan and bring to a boil. Boil two and a half minutes. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla. Stir just until mixed well. Pour into greased pan (the smaller the pan, the thicker the fudge will be). Cool and cut. Submitted by: Jen | |

NOTE: For the ones that have had trouble. 1) use a 3 qt. Heavy Bottom Pan. 2) Mix before you heat on MED ONLY and stirring constantly. 3) Do not over cook. 4) THIS IS BIG; Mix "ONLY" long enough to dissolve the peanut butter and pour immediately into the pan. It will come out smooth and "Great". Hope this helps! Edwin

Wow thank you so much..... I have struggled for ever trying to get the consistency right... and this recipe was very easy ....it hardens ..the consistency was good.... the fudge was good simple and very fast... I remember my dad and mother making it.... they use water a syrup water.
