CORN PUDDING 
12 to 16 oz. fresh young or frozen corn
3 tbsp. butter, cut in pieces
1/2 c. sugar
Dash of black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk

Mix together first 6 ingredients; add milk and mix well. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes or until well done.
