MARY'S CORN PUDDING | |
2 c. frozen corn or 6 ears fresh corn 1 c. light cream 3 eggs 3 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. flour Put everything, except butter, in blender. Blend for about 4 seconds. Pour into 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Place butter on top and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. |
