SOUTHERN CORN PUDDING 
2 c. fresh frozen or canned corn
2 eggs
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
2 c. scalded milk

Melt butter, combine all ingredients. Bake in buttered baking dish in slow oven at 325 degrees until firm.
