SOUTHERN CORN PUDDING 
2 c. fresh grated or canned corn
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 c. scalded milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients. Bake in buttered baking dish in slow 325 degree oven until firm (about 25 minutes).
