STEAK SUPREME 
1 lb. boneless round steak
5 strips bacon
1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
1 can mushroom slices
Water
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste
Dash garlic powder

Slice round steak into thin slices. Fry bacon until crisp. Drain bacon on paper towel. Pour excess drippings from pan, leaving enough to brown meat, onions and mushrooms. Add water, vinegar, salt and pepper, garlic powder and crumbled bacon. Simmer for about 1 hour. Add water, if necessary, while simmering. Thicken gravy. Serve over noodles.
