SWISS STEAK SUPREME 
Thin sliced ground round
Flour
Salt & pepper (optional)
Peppercorn (optional)
Stewed tomatoes
Green peppers, sliced
Onions, sliced
Fresh green beans
Worcestershire sauce
A-1 Sauce
Tabasco Sauce

Remove fat from ground round and sear fat in small amount of oil which acts as a seasoning flavor to meal. Remove fat and turn off heat. Pound meat portions with flour, salt, and pepper and pepper corn if you like. Very lightly brown in the remaining oil. Layer in crock pot or Dutch oven: Meat, stewed tomatoes, sliced green peppers, sliced onions, fresh green beans. On top sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce, A-1 sauce, and Tabasco sauce. If there's room in the cooking utensil, you may add quartered potatoes. Be sure potatoes are covered with liquid of stewed tomatoes. Cook in crock pot for 6 hours on low temperature or baking pan or Dutch oven at 250 degrees for 5 hours.

For a different touch, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese for 15 minutes before serving in the crock pot, or top with Mozzarella cheese in oven pan.
