OVEN SWISS STEAK 
2 lb. (1 inch thick) Round Steak
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. onion, sliced
4 oz. canned mushrooms
8 oz. can tomato sauce

Combine salt, pepper, onion, mushrooms and tomato sauce. Pour over steak.

Bake at 350°F for 1-1/2 hours.
