7 - 10 med. potatoes, peeled, cooked, and hot
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. chopped onions (optional)
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
Milk if needed

Whip all together. Pour into greased casserole. Dot with butter, sprinkle with parsley. Heat at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Will freeze well.
