POTATO SALAD SPECIAL 
3 c. diced cooked potatoes
1 1/2 c. sliced raw cauliflower
1 c. diced celery
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onion
6 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tbsp. bacon fat
2 tsp. caraway seed (optional)

Combine first 6 ingredients. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over salad; toss lightly; salt to taste. Chill. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
