GINGERBREAD MUFFINS | |
1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. baking molasses 2 eggs 1 tsp. ginger 1 scant tsp. baking soda 2/3 c. sour milk 1 1/2 c. flour Cream together butter and sugar. Add baking molasses, well beaten eggs and ginger. Dissolve soda in sour milk and add alternately with flour. Drop into well greased muffin tins and bake in a slow oven. Cover with a boiled icing if desired. 350 degrees. |
