PORK ROAST WITH MUSHROOM GRAVY 
1 medium size pork roast
1 can mushroom soup
Irish potatoes
sweet potatoes
carrots
1 medium onion
2 2/3 c. water
parsley flakes
salt and pepper to taste

Bake roast in 2 cups water 1 hour at 450°F. Take from oven and add sweet and Irish potatoes, carrots, salt, pepper and onions. Dilute mushroom soup with 2/3 cup water. Stir well and pour over other ingredients. Sprinkle with parsley flakes. Return to oven and bake 30 minutes.

(Can use 2 cans of mushroom soup, diluted, if needed to make enough.)
