MUSHROOM PORK CHOPS | |
6 to 8 pork chops 1/2 stick butter 1 sm. onion 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can water Salt (to taste) Pepper (to taste) Flour pork chops. In baking dish, put in softened butter. Arrange pork chops in pan; cover with salt and pepper to taste and sliced onions. Add cream of mushroom soup; rinse with 1 can of water. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
