CURRIED FRUIT 
1 can peaches
1 can pears
1 can apricots
1 can pineapple chunks
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries
6 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. dark brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. curry

Mix together. Bake for 2 hours at 325 degrees. Chill overnight. Bake again for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Serve hot.
