1 1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. mustard
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. chopped onion

Shape 2-3 pounds ground chuck into loaves. Mix above ingredients into large bowl. Pour over loaves and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cut and spoon sauce over slices when served. Serves 8-10.
