SWEET AND SOUR MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 small onion, chopped
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) jar thick and chunky salsa
7 oz. chili sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. white sugar
2 tsp. prepared mustard

In a blender, mix salsa and chili sauce; set aside. Mix ground beef, bread crumbs (pumpernickel), salt, pepper, onion and half of the salsa and chili mix. Wrap in foil and put into pan.

Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes.

Mix remaining half of salsa and chili mix, brown sugar, vinegar, sugar and mustard in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Pour over meat loaf and bake another 10 minutes.
