SWEET AND SOUR MEAT LOAF 
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. mustard
1/4 c. flavored bread crumbs
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lb. chopped meat

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put 1 can of tomato sauce in small bowl and 1 can in a small pot. Put 1/4 cup vinegar, 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon mustard in each. Stir. Put sauce mixture in pot to the side to be used as gravy when meat is done.

In large bowl, mix egg. Add meat, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and 3/4 cup of tomato sauce mixture. Mix well using hands. Shape into loaf. Place in pan. Stab with fork on top, then put remaining sauce on top. Bake 1 hour. Warm sauce in pot. Serve with sauce on side.
