SWEET AND SOUR MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 c. grated cheese (cheddar)
1/4 c. minced green pepper
1/4 c. minced onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. basil

Mix and form loosely into a 9x13 pan.

SAUCE:

2 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Mix together and spoon over loaf. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Baste frequently.
