2 qt. chick or turkey stock 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach Bring the above to a boil. Add 2 frozen bags of Rosetti tortellini (one cheese filled and one meat filled). Cook according to package directions. Serve with freshly grated Romano or Parmesan cheese. |
