JALAPENO CORN BREAD 
3 c. Corn Meal
1 c. Oil
1 1/2 c. Milk
1 1/2 c. grated Cheese
1 large Onion, chopped
1 can cream style Corn
1 can whole kernel Corn, drained
3 eggs
2 pods Jalapeno Pepper, chopped or 12 slices pickled pepper, chopped

Mix all ingredients well.

Bake at 450°F until brown.

Yields 24 large muffins or 2 large skillets.
