JALAPENO PEPPER CORN BREAD 
3 c. corn meal
2 1/2 c. sweet milk
1/2 c. salad oil
3 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. sugar
1 large onion, grated
1 (8.5 oz.) can cream style corn (or whole kernel corn, drained)
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped fine (more if you want hotter)
1 1/2 c. American or cheddar cheese, grated

Mix all ingredients and pour into 9x13 pan.

Bake approximately 40 minutes until brown at 400°F. Freezes well!

Serves 18.
