JALAPENO CORN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. corn meal
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tbsp. bacon grease
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk
1 c. buttermilk
3 whole jalapenos, chopped
2 tbsp. onion
1/2 c. corn

Mix everything together except the bacon grease. Use this for the iron skillet for baking the bread. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
