TROUT OUTDOOR STYLE 
1 to 2 trout per person (rainbow or brook), fresh
Greek seasoning, salt, pepper
1 lb. sliced raw mushrooms
1/2 dozen whole spring onions
Reynold's aluminum foil
Butter

Slice spring onions, 2 trout per in middle of 14 inch of aluminum wrap. Season with Greek seasoning, salt (very little) and pepper (generous). Use 2 inches of green stalk of onions. Spread over covering with mushrooms. Add 1/2 stick butter for 2 trout. Double wrap foil, cook to side of camp fire or corner of grill not in flames 20 minutes each side.

When done, eat mushrooms and onions separate. Eat trout with fingers. Serve fried potatoes, cole slaw, cornbread, ice cold Corona with lime.
