SMOKED TROUT DIP A'LA MK 
1 lb. smoked trout, deboned
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 lemon, juiced
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 1/2 tsp. dill weed
salt and pepper to taste

Put half of trout in food processor. Pulse until fine. Cut remaining trout into bite size chunks. Pour trout into large bowl. Mix in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Serve with crackers, chips, bagels or on small biscuits.
