HOLIDAY SMOKED EGG & CHIVE DIP 
12 hard cooked eggs, riced or sieved
2 tbsp. soft butter
1 1/2 tbsp. liquid smoke
Seasoning
1 tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 drops Tabasco
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 c. frozen chopped chives
3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Garnish with radish slices

Accompaniment: Crackers, potato chips, melba toast, etc.

Combine all ingredients except garnish and accompaniment. Beat until smooth. If desired, add more seasoning. Have consistency soft enough to permit potato chips to be dipped into easily. Refrigerate until ready to serve. About 30 minutes before serving, remove from refrigerator and beat or whip dip to fluffy and soften it. Pile into chilled bowl. Garnish with radish slices. Makes 1 quart.
