SMOKED EGG DIP 
6 hard cooked eggs
6 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 drops of hot tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Sieve hard cooked eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate a couple of hours before serving. Smoked egg dip can be used for sandwiches or on crackers and potato chips. Makes 2 cups.
